How can we represent a design object, without showing it in its entirety? This is the key question of this workshop.

The main objective is to develop a visual language, individual and relevant, allowing to represent an object chosen among the 40 pieces exhibited, without showing it in its entirety.

The main focus of this workshop is on observation: a sharp and critical eye. The aim is to study the object in its entirety, concentrating in particular on its formal characteristics and striking details: shape, proportions, volume, texture, curves and lines, shadows, etc.

The aim is then to transcribe the observations made visually, in a personal and targeted manner, and thus to appropriate the chosen object.

Around the exhibition metalworks - designing & making.

Public: +16 and adults
