The Konschthal invites sculptor Arthur Delhaye to give a Masterclass on the techniques covered in Ben Greber's exhibition Green Machine - Die Dinge der Anderen.
The aim of this introduction is to offer a glimpse of the possibilities offered by the practice of casting. Two essential materials will be discussed: plaster, a boinding material known since antiquity, and silicone, a product of modern chemistry. We'll explore the specific features and possibilities of each of these very different materials.
