What if traces of the past could tell us stories?
The activity begins with a storytelling walk through the exhibition, guided by a story inspired by the artworks.
After the visit, it is time to create! Using modelling clay, shapes, textures and objects inspired by the city of Esch-sur-Alzette, the children make their own stamps and discover the fun of creating impressions on paper.
By layering and combining these traces, they gradually create their own image of the city: a city made of memories, ruins, shapes and, above all, lots of imagination.
A playful way to discover how traces of the past can become the starting point for new stories and new creations.
