Kids-class: Livre-collage

The artist Joël Leick offers a workshop for children on the theme of the Collage Book, an accordion book. Each page will be a place of creation with fragments of photos, wallpaper, and selected images. Starting from a title or a phrase, the children will tell a personal story in their leporello. They will use magazines and various techniques, such as monotype, to create their project. An exhibition will showcase their creations, allowing for a new perspective on collage books.

All materials will be provided by the Konschthal. Participants are, however, encouraged to bring photos of landscapes and figures from personal albums or various magazines. Work attire is recommended.

Time: 10:00 am – 12:30 pm & 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Children have the option to bring a lunch box for the midday break. They will be supervised by the educational team of the Konschthal.
